7:45am – 3:30pm: Tulum and Tankah Adventure – Resort Lobby

9:00am – 4:00pm: Hospitality Desk – La Cocina, The Beach

9:15am – 2:00pm: Discover the Mayan Mysterious Underworld – Resort Lobby

9:30am – 1:30pm:  Private Yacht Excursion – Rosewood Beach

12:00am – 3:30pm: Lunch on Activity or At Leisure**

Dinner on Own – Enjoy the local cuisine

Day 3

7:00am – 11:30am: Breakfast* at Leisure – Casa del Lago

9:00am – 4:00pm: Hospitality Desk - La Cocina, The Beach

9:00am – 10:30am: COVID Test – Palma Real 1

11:00am – 12:00pm: Elekta Sales Team Meeting – La Palapa,The Beach

12:00pm – 3:30pm: Activities available on the beach.  Optional participation and leisure time.

12:00pm – 3:30pm: Lunch** at Leisure

6:00pm – 7:00pm: Guest of Honor Celebration – Zapote, Resort Lobby

7:00pm: Dinner on Own – Enjoy the local cuisine

Day 4

7:00am – 11:30am: Breakfast* at Leisure – Casa del Lago 

9:00am – 4:00pm: Hospitality Desk - La Cocina, The Beach

9:00am – 10:30am: COVID Test – Palma Real 1

All Day: Activities available on the beach.  Optional participation and leisure time.

12:00pm – 3:30pm: Lunch** at Leisure 

6:30pm:  An Evening to Remember – La Ceiba

Day 5

7:00am – 11:30am: Breakfast* at Leisure – Casa del Lago

9:00am – 12:00pm: Hospitality Desk - La Cocina, The Beach

* Breakfast at Casa del Lago includes the a la carte menu, the buffet or even a combination of both.

 

**Restaurants open for lunch:

• Casa del Lago and Zapote– 12:30pm- 4:00pm

• Punta Bonita – 11:00am – 5:00pm

• Aquí Me Quedo – (only adults) Food truck – 12:00pm – 6:00pm

• La Fondita (at El Pueblito) – 12:00pm – 6:00pm (closes on Mondays)

 

Attire:

• Resort casual is recommended throughout your stay. Please remember that temperatures drop in the evening. Cover-ups for bathing attire are required at all meal times.

• Protective face masks must be worn during travel, in public spaces at the hotel (excluding the pool or beach), and on the island. NOTE: Guidelines may change prior to the program date.

• Evening Attire Recommendations:

  • Sunday: Casual

  • Monday: On own 

  • Tuesday: On own

  • Wednesday: Semi-formal dress* is recommended*
