Do I have to attend the activity? 

You certainly do not want to miss the incredible activities that we have planned. They will give you an opportunity to see the beautiful destination of Healdsburg as well as have time to spend with everyone! We don’t want you to miss it.

Can I come in early or stay later than the specified program dates of Sunday, January 30th - Wednesday, February 2nd?  

Yes, the negotiated group rate is offered prior to the official program dates and after the program dates at your own expense based on availability. Should you choose to come in early or extend your stay, please indicate your dates on the registration page as soon as possible so we can check availability.

What if I have changes to my registration?

If you have changes, we ask that you go back into your registration using the password that you created and make your edits. We will be alerted with your changes.
